  • I did not receive an email order confirmation. What happened? What can I do to fix this?
    We are so sorry you are having an email issue. Hopefully this will help... WHAT HAPPENED?We also regularly test our automated email responses and 99% of email issues are receiver related. All emails (direct, transactional, or marketing) sent or triggered by their respective systems is received based on numerous factors once that email leaves its respective system (i.e. personalized spam filtering levels or security settings, an email provider's inbox segmentation features (automated or pre-set), what email program used, etc…The other 1%of email issues are the rare moment the our hosted server went down. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT? Here is a list of the most common reasons an email is not received: Not allowing enough time to process Connection problems Sender doesn’t have the correct email address Emails are marked as SPAM Browser settings In most cases your email can be easliy problem solved by searching online or contacting your email provider.   • How many people do your size portions feed?
    PORTIONS FOR SIZE SELECTIONS Single 1 meal for: 1 adult Regular 1 meal for: 2 adults & 1 toddler Large 1 meal for: 2 adults & 2 toddlers
  • Is there a monthly fee?
    Good news! No monthly fee, set up fee, or commitment required. Simply order for the weeks that are convenient for you! Order minimum each week is $99.
  • Can I place two orders each week to be delivered on separate days?
    We would love to deliver to you more than once a week as long as we deliver twice to your location. However, the orders will need to be placed separately. Be sure to click here look at our current delivery schedule. Please be aware that this schedule can change and is updated regularly.
  • Do you offer promo codes or special offers?
    We don’t do promo codes or special offers, sorry! We keep our regular prices as low as we can for the product we produce.
  • Can I cancel my order once placed?
    Your order can be canceled for a full refund if it is canceled before the end of the ordering deadline. Once the ordering deadline has passed if you need to cancel we can cancel delivery but we will not be able to refund the order.
  • Will my box be delivered to my apartment door?
    Although we may be able to deliver directly to some apartment doors, unfortunately delivery drivers are not able to deliver directly to apartment doors in some circumstances. Our goal is to make sure all customers receive their boxes quickly and food is delivered fresh. Thank you for your understanding. We can deliver to your doorman or to your door whenever possible. If you have a specific concern or question regarding delivery that you are not able to find or get answered on our website, please reach out and contact us directly.   • Can I edit my order once placed?
    Unfortunately, at this time orders can not be changed online once your submit your order. Please contact us if you have any needed modifications. All food is made to order. We can not gurantee changes but we will make every effort if possible.
